NFL POWER RANKINGS: Where Do The Detroit Lions Stack Up + Lions Offensive Line Receiving High Praise
Detroit Lions surge in the latest NFL power rankings, jumping past the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers with their dominant offensive line leading the charge. Minnesota Vikings remain undefeated yet face skepticism as several teams with losses are still ranked above them, raising questions about their staying power in the NFC North. Is Detroit the next powerhouse in the North after five weeks of NFL action?
Pro Football Focus crowns the Lions’ offensive line, featuring Penei Sewell, Juice Scruggs, Tate Ratledge, and the impressive rookie Blake Miller, as the league's top unit. The line's performance has transformed Detroit’s run game, sparking standout numbers from Jahmyr Gibbs and earning praise from former NFL lineman AQ Shipley on national platforms. With both the Lions and Vikings heading into a bye week, all eyes turn to the Packers’ Sunday night showdown and whether the Bears, led by Caleb Williams, can reclaim NFC North momentum.
