EXPOSED: Detroit Lions LOSE To Buffalo Bills As Josh Allen & Bills Offense Dominate Weak Lions Defense
Panic alarms are ringing for Detroit Lions fans after a 41-31 loss to the Buffalo Bills on Thursday Night Football, exposing glaring weaknesses in the Lions’ secondary. Defensive misfires, missed assignments, and a 21-0 first-quarter deficit highlighted the urgency for personnel upgrades, especially with uncertainty surrounding the health of key players like Brian Branch and Kirby Joseph. Can Brad Holmes and the front office course-correct before it's too late?
With James Cook racking up 135 rushing yards and Josh Allen tossing three touchdowns, Detroit’s defense struggled to keep pace against Buffalo’s high-octane offense. As the Lions prepare for the New York Jets after a mini-bye, the question remains—are changes coming for the secondary, and will they be enough to transform Detroit into a serious playoff contender?
